Which club game, that you played in, will you never forget and why?

County minor final versus Ballinascreen in Swatragh. The match was abandoned at half time due to a riot on and off the field which resulted in a replay being played with limited spectators in Celtic Park. It worked out ok as we were getting hammered in the first game but managed to win the second game.

Which club game, that you watched, will you never forget and why?

U-14B hurling county final in 2018 where Castledawson hurlers won their first-ever county final in Owenbeg. Was such a great feeling to watch young lads who had kept going over the years with some tough results to get a county medal.

Which county game, that you played in, will you never forget and why?

Ulster U-21 final in Casement Park versus Antrim. We went up to the game expecting nothing from the game and were completelywritten off. Every man hurled their socks off and we won the game. Unbelievable feeling.

Which county game, that you watched, will you never forget and why?

Derry hurlers versus Offaly in the All-Ireland quarter-final. That game felt like Derry were one of the top teams in Ireland and for a long time during the game it felt like we could win.

What was the funniest thing you ever saw in a game?

Colum Lavery lobbing our ‘keeper from 30 yards in a football game veruss Kilrea. A free kick gone wrong!

What was the strangest thing you ever saw in a game?

Ruairi Convery letting me hit a free!

What was the most memorable performance from a player in a game that you watched?

Sam Dodds scoring 0-17 versus Down in Newry. The weather was pretty poor and he literally couldn’t miss.

What was the most memorable performance from a player in a game that you played?

Unfortunately a bad memory as I had to watch Kevin Hinphey score a hat-trick in a county final replay against us!

What did you love about the games you played in?

The buzz amongst the players when you got a big result. Winning our first football championship in 2010 and watching spectators sprinting on to the field at the final whistle was amazing.

What did you hate about the games you played in?

I hated being in the changing rooms for an hour before a game just waiting to go out on the field. It dragged so much.
