Cavan want to play All-Ireland semi-final at Croke Park

CAVAN’S All-Ireland semi-final looks set to take place at Croke Park after the Breffni county confirmed that they had never looked for a venue change.

In a statement, the county board ended speculation on the matter.

“Cavan Co Board would like to clarify that they absolutely and categorically have never considered, nor, have they any intention of applying for a venue change for the upcoming All Ireland semi-final fixture,” it read.

“We are honoured and look forward to playing the All Ireland semi-final as is fixed by the CCC.”
