Name: Erinn Galligan.

Age: 33.

Teams played for: Crosserlough camogie club and Cavan camogie.

Which team mate has been the most inspirational and why?

Laura Bambrick gives her everything in training and to Cavan camogie, she loves her camogie and is great for team spirit.

Who’s the best team mate to train with and why?

Sinead McKenna, she’s got serious determination, she pushes herself to the max and gets the best out of her teammates.

Which team mate do you want to mark in training and why?

Eh, I don’t know if I like marking her but Roisin O’Keefe is a tough one to keep an eye on so that’s always a good battle. Also it’s a great opportunity for the chats.

Which team mate do you dread marking in training and why?

Orla ‘Tomo’ Smith, one step wrong and I’ve lost her. Also Shanise Fitzsimmons, anyone that’s young and fast scare me these days.

Which team mate is the best on journeys away?

Niamh Reilly for the sing songs, she’s a dinger for the old Irish songs.

What’s the funniest thing you’ve heard in training or in a match, and who said it?

“The longer they stay in the dressing room then the longer they will be in the championship,” my father pulls this one out regularly.

What’s the worst excuse you’ve heard to get out of training?

“Sorry I’m late, I just wanted to lie in longer.” Said by myself, I was obviously still half asleep to even own up to it.

Which team mate is the loudest in the changing room?

Joey Maguire always pitching in with some banter.

Which team mate is the most sensible?

Hannah Boylan: it’s more that she’s very sweet, but she did swear last year which was a big shock to everyone so maybe we have rubbed off on her the wrong way!

Who is the smartest of all your team mates?

Abby Fitzpatrick won our Zoom quiz last year so I’ll give that one to her. Aideen Coyle is a clever one on the pitch though, a great reader of the game.

Who’s the best team mate to celebrate with?

Rosie Crowe, we are 20 years soldiering through celebrations together.
