REIGNING Down champions Kilcoo will begin their title defence against Bryansford following the draw for the Senior Football Championship which took place on Friday evening.
Kilcoo, with Joe McMahon and Martin Corey now at the helm, head into the season eyeing up their seventh championship title in a row and their 13th in 14 years.
Back-to-back beaten finalists Burren begin their campaign against Castlewellan and are hoping to get their hands on the Frank O’Hare trophy for the first time since 2018.
2024 Intermediate winners Drumgath get their SFC campaign underway against Mayobridge while last years semi-finalists Carryduff and Glenn take on Saul and Ballyholland respectively.
