The weekend’ league showpiece will be preceded by the reserve final between Four Masters and St Eunan’s.
Dungloe were Division Two champions last season and have made the step up after a consistent campaign in the top flight.
Four Masters will be without county panelists Kevin Muldoon, Turlough and Seanán Carr who are spending the summer in the US.
When the sides met back in May in the league, Dungloe were on the wrong end of a 5-18 to 3-9 defeat.
Oisin Doherty scored two goals, while Tomás Carr, Patrick Reid and Tiarnan McBride also hit the net for Four Masters.

Four Masters were 1-15 to 0-10 winners over Sean MacCumhaills last weekend. Thomas Lenehan hit the net for the only game in the first half. It separated the teams before the winners pulled clear.
With the race for the Dr Maguire Cup coming down the tracks, 15 teams looking to down champions Naomh Conaill.
