MICKEY Harte has been appointed as the new Louth manager.
He replaces Wayne Kierans in the role.
Gavin Devlin will act as his assistant and the duo will also take charge of the Louth u-20s.
Tony McEntee had been an early front-runner but it did not work out and Harte instead is tasked with changing the Division Four side’s fortunes.
