DECLAN Bonner will be the only candidate interviewed for the vacant Fermanagh job tonight, however Maurice McLaughlin has not withdrawn from the race.
The pair were both expected to go before Erne County officials this evening, but Gaelic Life understands that McLaughlin would like more time to cement his potential backroom team.
Former Donegal boss Bonner’s backroom team is understood to include former Tir Chonaill player Paul Brennan.
Fermanagh are searching for a new manager after Kieran Donnelly’s decision to step down in August after five years in charge.
The Fermanagh hurling, ladies and u-20 football roles remain unfilled after the departures of Joe Baldwin, CJ McGourty and McLaughlin respectively.
