REIGNING champions Naomh Conaill open their Dr Maguire Cup defence at home to Downings after Wednesday night’s draw.
2024 champions St Eunan’s will face Aodh Ruadh Ballyshannon who they have yet to play in their last league game.
Neighbouring Termon and Glenswilly have been drawn to play each other with both sides also set to meet in the final round of the league later this month.
All 16 clubs will play four games in the group stages, with the rounds three and four pairings drawn as the championship continues.
The top four teams in the table will be guaranteed a quarter-final spot with the next eight teams then playing in the preliminary quarter-finals.
