WITH the outbreak of the coronavirus causing a period of real  uncertainty in all of our lives – as well as the cancellation of all  GAA activities – clubs across Ulster have shown once again why they  remain very much at the heart of the community.

Gaelic Life have selected a few messages from clubs across the  province demonstrating that very fact with many other clubs doing
likewise across Ireland. These are just some of the very many examples.

If anyone in our local community, whether a club member or not needs  any assistance in accessing their groceries and/or prescriptions, or
any other help in the coming weeks then please contact us via our  Facebook page or contact any committee member. We will be more than

In light of the COVID-19 situation, if anyone in the local community,  club member or not, needs assistance in anyway, with groceries,
prescriptions collected, transferred to the doctors or requires any  help at all until this passes, please just get in touch with our

In the coming weeks a calm and rational approach will be needed to  cope with the cornavirus. If there is anyone but particularly elderly
club members of the community who would benefit from food, medical,  fuel drops then these people can contact St Eunan’s health and well-
being officer. We will arrange to carry out deliveries. Each contact  would be limited as it is designed to simply be a drop off service. We
do not intend to interfere in family dynamics just offering the  possibility of a service to help those in need if required and only if

During the COVID19 crisis, We at Bryansford GAC would like to offer  our support to anyone who is elderly, frail and needs groceries,
messages medications, etc collected or assistance in any way to make  this period as comfortable and stress free as possible. Just contact a
committee member or the club’s Facebook page and we’ll sort it as best we can. Check on your neighbours and friends during this worrying

Eoghan Ruadh Hurling Club are aware of the potential hardship of the  recent situation, regarding Covid19, that may bring to elderly or
vulnerable people in our community. We are in the process of setting  up a workgroup whereby people can call us if they require assistance

Now that Masses have been suspended in our community let us all be  mindful of any elderly people in our community who could do with a
