THERE were big championship victories for both Glenullin and Clogher last weekend as well as other club and school action.

Kick-outs on point as Glenullin claimed the Ulster Intermediate crown.

Did a fine job on the in-form Evan Doughty at Clones as the Derry side ruled.

3 SEAN MCCAFFREY Clogher
One of the Tyrone side’s key players in their battle with Tara.

4 MARK BOGUE Clogher
Stood up to be counted when his side were facing a shock loss.

5 ODHRAN TRAINOR Burren
Lit up Dromore with an electric display against Bellaghy in the Paul McGirr final.

6 NIALL CAROLAN Cuchulainn’s
A tough day for the club, but Carolan’s good form continued in the final.

7 DARRAGH O’NEILL St Patrick’s, Maghera
The Dungiven man starred in the play-off win over Bessbrook.

8 JARLATH MCCARTNEY Bellaghy
Another storming performance in the McGirr Cup final – but it wasn’t enough as the Oakleaf side lost out.

9 NÉILL MCNICHOLL Glenullin
Simply outstanding as the Derry club continued their magical journey. It’s the All-Ireland series next.

10 MARC MCCONNELL Clogher
Provided the inspiration in the hard-fought Twinning final win over Tara.

11 EOGHAN MCNELIS Ardara
Star showing helped his side to the Donegal B U-21 title.

12 BRIAN GRANT Mayobridge
Kept his cool to score the championship-winning penalty in the Down U-20 final against Liatroim. Impressed throughout.

13 RYAN MCNICHOLL Glenullin
Just too hot for Cuchulainn’s to handle in the Ulster IFC final.

14 ADAM O’REILLY Cuchulainn’s
Led the Cavan side’s fight in the Ulster final, but it wasn’t to be.

15 SHANE MCGREEVY Burren
Player of the match as Burren’s u-16s claimed a third Ulster crown.
