THE Fermanagh championship continues this weekend.

Here are the fixtures.

FERMANAGH SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND TWO

Belnaleck v Derrygonnelly

Saturday, Belnaleck, 6.30pm

BELNALECK hit the headlines last weekend for their surprise win over Enniskillen and they’ll be out to repeat the trick against Derrygonnelly. The Harps won’t give them anything else and are still the safe choice.

Verdict: Derrygonnelly

Lisnaskea v Enniskillen

Sunday, Lisnaskea, 6pm

ENNISKILLEN are a wounded animal having lost out to Belnaleck last Friday evening, and it would be a big surprise if they don’t get up and running at the second time of asking against Lisnaskea.

Verdict: Enniskillen Gaels

Ederney v Teemore

Saturday, Ederney, 6.30pm

EDERNEY’S confidence will be high after reeling in Erne Gaels to snatch a draw in their first outing, and the same can be said of Teemore, who finished strongly against Kinawley. A tough one to call.

Verdict: Teemore

Kinawley v Erne Gaels

Sunday, Kinawley, 1.30pm

DEFENDING champions Erne Gaels could only muster a draw after coughing up a 12-point lead against Ederney, but they should manage to get their first win of the campaign this Sunday.

Verdict: Erne Gaels

FERMANAGH INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND TWO

Maguiresbridge v Belcoo

Saturday, Maguiresbridge, 4pm

MAGUIRESBRIDGE shipped an awful beating against Irvinestown in the first round while Belcoo fell considerably short against Roslea. It’ll be interesting to see who fares best when they lock swords this Saturday.

VERDICT: Belcoo

Roslea v Irvinestown

Saturday, Roslea, 6.30pm

ROSLEA have been plunged into sadness by the death of their former footballer Ciaran Cassidy. He’ll be very much in their thoughts when they take to the field against Irvinestown this weekend. In terms of the match itself, Irvinestown are the favourites.

Verdict: Irvinestown

Tempo v Devenish

Friday, Naomh Padraig, 8pm

TEMPO are searching for their first positive result at the second time of asking while Devenish played out a draw against Derrylin. Devenish have their sights on a deep run and can take this one.

Verdict: Devenish

Derrylin v Aghadrumsee

Sunday, Derrylin, 4pm

DIVISION TWO champions Aghadrumsee got their championship campaign off to winning start with victory over Tempo and will fancy their chances of overcoming Derrylin.

Verdict: Aghadrumsee
