Kieran McGeeney has named an unchanged starting line up for Armagh’s first ever championship meeting with neighbours Louth on Sunday at Inniskeen.
The Orchard County defeated Derry the last day out and despite going off injured that afternoon, Andrew Murnin has been named to start at midfield.
Ross McQuillan, one of their top performers throughout the season, hasn’t started their last three championships outings, including the Ulster final victory over Monaghan.
He is named among an incredibly strong subs bench, which includes Oisin O’Neill, Rory Grugan, 2024 Footballer of the Year nominee Barry McCambridge and All-Ireland winning captain Aidan Forker.
Armagh, and Leinster Championship winners Westmeath, are the only two teams left in the competition that has yet to taste defeat in the championship.
2025 Leinster champions Louth surrendered their title to Dublin at the semi-final stage, but Gavin Devlin’s men got that one back two weeks ago, beating the Dubs at Croke Park.
