GOALS from Max McGinnity and Killian Kearns shot Monaghan to a first Ulster u-20 final since 2021.
The sides were level at 0-4 each before McGinnity’s goal put Monaghan 1-6 to 0-6 ahead at the half-time.
Paul O’Connor’s side went five up with Kearns coming off the bench to bag to goals.
They will face reigning champions Tyrone who came back from six points down to see off Donegal in Convoy.
