He was a key player as his club retained their Division One status with a play-off victory over Naomh Pádraig Uisce Chaoin
Kelly wore number six but was at the heart of what they were about in a vital game for the club.
Kelly was voted by you, our readers, ahead of Cavan goalkeeper Emma Mulvaney.
After another bumper week of voting, Antrim’s Shannagh Hegarty finished in third place.
