“Despite the strength of their persona, all four are ‘humble’. They’ll accept praise for their achievements but equally they are willing to accept crticism, to declare weakness, to ask for help and value others as much as themselves, in essence their humility is balanced.

“They are human, they care, are compassionate, are willing to forgive as well as show appreciation. They accept and promote that everyone can make mistakes which became opportunities for learning, rather than condemnation, ridicule and sanction.”
