Ulster Camogie Semi-Final 2019
Derry 1-6 Down 1-11
From Odhrán Crumley in Armagh
Down remain on course to retain the Ulster crown after eventually overcoming Derry in an entertaining clash.
The Mourne County led 0-8 to 0-5 at the break with Mairead McNicholl and Niamh Mellon leading the scoring charge for their teams.
Down opened up a five point lead early in the second half before Grainne McNicholl fired a pinpoint effort into the bottom right corner of the net.
One point would be the closest that the Oakleafers would come as Paula Gribben fired into the net to seal a place in the Ulster decider for the second year running.
