THE draws were made for the new-look All-Ireland series on Tuesday afternoon.

All-Ireland champions Kerry will face Mayo if they retain their Munster title.

League champions Galway’s prize for winning Connacht will be a tricky looking group two that includes the 2021 champions Tyrone, Tailteann Cup winners Westmeath and the loser of the Ulster final between Derry and Armagh.

The Sam Maguire Cup and Tailteann Cups will both be played in a 16-team league format with four groups of four.

In the Tailteann Cup, the 16 participating counties were also drawn to four separate groups, based on their finishing positions in the leagues.

New York will enter the Tailteann Cup at the preliminary quarter final stage.
