Madden expects more from Creggan

Kevin Madden (Right) is managing Creggan this year

Kevin Madden told Gaelic Life this week that he wants to see a big improvement from Creggan in this weekend’s Antrim Senior Champinship semi-final (Saturday, Glenavy, 3.30pm).

Creggan face Lamh Dhearg in the semi-final, but Madden said that they need to improve from the way they played against Ahoghill in the quarter-final.

“We were very disappointed with the performance, but relieved to get through the Ahoghill game.

“We felt that we played below par.

“All credit has to go to Ahoghill.”

Madden also goes on to highlight why he thinks Lamh Dhearg are a quality team.
