Armagh update – O Fiaich performance

Armagh's Oisin O'Neill looks like a potential Fantasy Football star

Armagh’s Oisin O’Neill looks like a potential Fantasy Football star

Armagh beat Derry in Sunday’s O Fiaich Cup clash and a few names emerged as potential Fantasy football stars of the future.

The Orchard county’s star man on the day was Crossmaglen’s Oisin O’Neill, who scored 0-5. He scored 0-2 from frees.

It’s likely he will play in the half or full forward lines, but a spot at midfield may not be out of the question as he showed some nice high fielding in the game.

Another who impressed was Ben Crealey at midfield, though he didn’t manage to get his name on the scoresheet.

Ciaran Higgins was introduced in the second half and he scored 1-2.

While Oisin MacIomhair played well in the full forward line, as he scored 0-4. This wasn’t his first year involved, and manager Kieran McGeeney has said that he is a fan of MacIomhair.
