Fantasy Football – Monaghan’s switches

Monaghan players hold their line against a late Kildare free in their qualifers match at the weekend. Monaghan won 2-16 to 2-14 after extra time. Conor McManus kicked the equaliser in normal time.

Monaghan’s defence has seeen some switches

It is hard to see anyone looking past Rory Beggan as Monaghan goalkeeper considering that he has been in the top four fantasy points scorers for the previous three competitions. His fantasy back up is Conor Forde if you’re interested.

Kieran Duffy has been switched to half back from full back. Karl McQuaid and James Mealiff have been included in the half back line.

Fergal McGeogh has been swapped to full forward, while Thomas Kerr switches to half forward.

The departures include goalkeeper Mark Keogh, Paudie McGuigan, Dessie Ward, and Paudie McKenna, Padraic Keenan, Martin McElroy and Chrissy McKenna.

The main Monaghan targets for Fantasy Managers will be Conor McManus and Beggan, as they were the top scorers for the county in the NFL.
