All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final pairings

THE draw for this weekend’s All-Ireland preliminary quarter-finals was made on Monday morning.

The tie of the round is the all-Connacht clash of last year’s beaten finalists Galway and league champions Mayo.

There will be another instalment of Donegal and Tyrone with Monaghan facing Kildare at a venue TBC with Newbridge unavailable.

  • Kildare v Monaghan
  • Cork v Roscommon
  • Donegal v Tyrone
  • Galway v Mayo

Home teams listed first and the games will be played this weekend (July 24/25) and the full details will be announced later on Monday.

The All-Ireland minor semi-finals are down for decision on Saturday with two Ulster teams still in the mix to get their hands on the Tom Markham Cup.

Ulster champions Derry beat reigning champions Galway and face Dublin this weekend with beaten Ulster finalists Monaghan taking on Kerry after the Farney County’s convincing win over Mayo.
