Another crucial weekend of championship action in Donegal

DONEGAL SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINALS

St Eunan’s v Gaoth Dobhair

Saturday, MacCumhaill Park, 7.30pm

HOW do you even start to call this one? The answer – you can’t. Both teams will have eyed a shot at the title and are coming to the boil nicely. This is going to come down to how put their hand up highest on the night. A shot in the dark.

Verdict: St Eunan’s

Naomh Conaill v Glenswilly

Sunday, MacCumhaill Park, 4pm

NAOMH Conaill are always the team to beat but will be wary after what happened Kilcoo in Down last weekend. Michael Murphy has led a young Glenswilly crop back to the last four and they’ll need another big performance.

Verdict: Naomh Conaill

DONEGAL SENIOR LADIES CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL

Termon v St Eunan’s

Sunday, O’Donnell Park, 4pm

Verdict: Termon

NAOMH Columba hit six goals when they overcame Killybegs in the group stages and been very consistent. This is a different story but it could have a similar ending.
