Shane McGullion, as brothers we’re always training together whether that’s on the pitch or in the gym. We’re always trying to make each other better!

Ryan Jones – I feel he always helps to push me on in training and gets the best out of players around him.
Which team mate is the worst to train with and why?
Micky Jones – especially if it’s tackle squares as he has no mercy.

Garvan Jones because he isn’t a fan of tracking back.

Dennis Greene, the man could run for days.

Paul Ward – ‘”Can’t make training lads I’m away to try and catch this sunset.”

Paul Ward – usually giving out about something.

Conal Jones – I’d probably have to give him the nod after the penalties and last-minute frees he’s hit over the years.

Dennis Greene – the ball could end up anywhere.

Probably Tiernan Daly, the man’s a surgeon so I think that’s self-explanatory.
