FERMANAGH manager Kieran Donnelly has received a boost with the news that ace forward Ultan Kelm will be on board for next season.Gaelic Life can confirm.
The Erne Gaels man was linked with a move to AFL club Freemantle Dockers but it’s understood he won’t now be making the switch ‘Down Under’ and will be available for the Erne County.
It comes after news that Callum Jones and Conor McShea won’t be available after Enniskillen Gaels duo’s decision to take a year out to go travelling.
Donnelly, who was at the helm for Ulster in the inter-provincial series, will be have Kelm available for any part of an attacking plan.
After relegation with Kildare last season, Fermanagh will operate in Division Three alongside Antrim with Steven Poacher (Leitrim) and Mickey Harte (Offaly) adding to the Ulster theme.
Fermanagh’s first game is a trip to Kildare in Newbridge on Saturday, January 25 followed the visit of Antrim the following week.
