QUEEN’S GAA have appointed as former Sigerson Cup winners Daniel McCartan and Feargal Logan as joint managers of their senior football team for the season ahead.
The duo take over from Conor Deegan who stepped away after last season.
McCartan was their winning captain in 2007 while Logan played in their successful 1990 team.
They’ll be joined by Donal O’Hare and Jack Dowling on the coaching team.
Their first game will be the visit of Ulster University to the Dub on Wednesday, October 15.
Barry Dillon will again be in charge of UU, assisted by Paul Rouse and Benny Hurl.
