Tally confirms his Derry management team

By Michael McMullan

NEW Derry manager Paddy Tally has announced  his management team for the season ahead.

Tally was ratified on Thursday night, on a three-year term, to succeed Mickey Harte after a four-month search for the Oakleafers’ new boss.

Paul McFlynn remains on board from last season. They will be joined by Paul McIver and Kevin McGuckin. Tally and McIver worked together under Brian McIver’s tenure as manager.

The rest of the backroom team is yet to be finalised.

Derry will open their NFL campaign against Tyrone and have been drawn to face champions Donegal in the Ulster Championship.
