Teams can get a mental advantage during lockdown

Gareth Fox believes that GAA teams have an opportunity to get an advantage over their opponents during lockdown.

Players are in isolation, and that means collective training cannot happen. So he says the outbreak has created a level playing field. He also explains that teams can gain advantage if they work on the mental side of their game, and work on mental strength.
