ULSTER GAA have confirmed their attendances for this weekend’s Ulster Championship semi-finals.
There will be 2,300 allowed in Newry on Saturday for the semi-final meeting of Armagh and Monaghan while it will be slightly higher – 2,400 – the next day for Donegal’s clash with Tyrone at Brewster Park.
Those numbers will ensure a big scramble. Antrim did not take their full allocation for their quarter-final with Armagh but Monaghan definitely will.
Tyrone and Donegal, meanwhile, is one of the biggest current rivalries in Ireland.
Connacht GAA have moved next week’s final between Mayo and Galway to Croke Park to allow 18,000 to attend.
